London police have charged a 35-year-old London man in relation to a death involving an arrow earlier this month.
Police say they have charged Brandon Hartman with second-degree murder.
Emergency services responded to Arbour Glen Crescent, off Kipps Lane in the city’s northeast end, after someone called 911 about the incident just before 1 a.m. on Feb. 5.
The victim, later identified as 46-year-old Londoner Brian Peter Maksoud, was later pronounced dead in hospital.

Police say the victim and accused were known to each other but aren’t releasing any more information at this time. They say the investigation is ongoing.
The accused is expected to appear in a London court on Wednesday in relation to the charge.
