A pedestrian who was struck by a pickup truck earlier this month in the community of Mount Pleasant has died, Calgary police said Tuesday.

On the morning of Jan. 9, a southbound Ford F150 was turning on to 26 Avenue N.W. and hit a woman who was walking her dog, according to police Sgt. Colin Foster.
