London police say they’ve arrested and charged the second suspect wanted in connection with last weekend’s shooting and stabbing on Cleveland Avenue.

It was just before 2 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 19 that officers responded to the area of 495 Cleveland Avenue in the city’s southeast end to reports of a man being shot and another man being stabbed.

On scene, their investigation showed the victims were approached by two male suspects who allegedly pulled a knife and a firearm on the victims. They were both said to be in stable condition after the incident and one has since been released from hospital. The other remains hospitalized.
