Police are investigating a suspicious death at a home southeast of Calgary.
Officers were called after a woman was found in a residence in the town of Bassano early Tuesday evening.
An autopsy has been scheduled to take place Thursday at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Calgary.

Police said more details would be released as more information became available.
Bassano RCMP are working with Brooks RCMP, Brooks General Investigation Section, RCMP Major Crimes Unit North and the Alberta Sheriff’s Investigative Support Unit on the investigation.
