A man is in hospital with serious injuries after a brutal attack in Mission on Tuesday night.
Mission RCMP said they were called to a report of a stabbing at 11 p.m. They found a man suffering from several stab wounds.
The man was stabbed several times — including in the area of his face — by a group wearing masks on 14th Avenue near Cedar Street.
He was transported to hospital where he is in stable condition.

RCMP said the victim is known to police.
So far no arrests have been made.
