MONCTON, NB — Jeffery Adam Amos made a brief appearance in Moncton Provincial Court Tuesday morning, charged with two counts of making child pornography, one count of possession of child pornography and two counts of voyeurism.
Amos was scheduled to make his plea, but the Crown asked for more time to go through the computer evidence they acquired during the search warrant.

This marks the fourth delay in the case.
On March 18, Crown Prosecutor Karen Lee Lamrock said there was three terabytes worth of computer data investigators were searching, and at that point they had searched about half.
The charges stem from alleged incidents that happened at Amos’ home, where his wife operated a residential daycare.
The 32-year-old was arrested Feb. 7 after an four month investigation.
Amos will appear in court again on April 22.
