The ministry public notification says Goddard has also been convicted of pretending to be a police officer and breach of recognizance.

Now aged 23, Goddard is Caucasian, stands 5-9, weighs 150 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes.

The ministry says Goddard is not allowed to communicate directly or indirectly with anyone under 16 or establish or maintain any social networking sites.

He’s also not allowed to attend parks, schools, daycares and other areas where children might gather, or posses electronic devices that can access the Internet.
