Northbound lanes on McPhillips Street will stay closed a little longer, but the city says they will divert one southbound lane so traffic can flow through.

The lanes were closed Monday after a water main break flooded the street between Redwood Avenue and College Avenue.

Crews have been working since then and it was hoped that the street would re-open Tuesday morning, but work continued.
