The London Police Service is seeking public assistance as officers continue to investigate an incident involving an adult woman who was touched by a elderly man.
Police said the incident took place on Wednesday, July 25, around 1:45 p.m.
According to police, a woman was walking south of Gainsborough Road, near Limberlost Road, when an elderly man approached her. Police said this man grabbed the woman by the wrists, said something in an unknown language, and touched her inappropriately.
The woman was able to break free and run away from the man.
Police described the suspect as Asian, partly bald with black or grey hair, and standing 5’4”. The man is 60 to 70 years in age and has darker skin with a medium build.
Police added that the man appeared confused and was walking with a limp with the assistance of a cane. The man was wearing brown pants and a light-coloured, shorted-sleeved collared shirt.
