TORONTO – A Toronto teacher has been arrested and charged with 42 sex-related offences on Wednesday.
Toronto police allege 53-year-old Christian Kpodjie sexually assaulted and made comments to several students between September 2012 and March 2013.

The accused is a grade four and six French teacher at Inglewood Heights Jr. Public School and has been working for the Toronto District School Board since 2007.
Kpodjie surrendered to police and charged with 16 counts of sexual assault, 12 counts of sexual exploitation and 14 counts of assault.
The accused appeared in court on Wednesday.
