Police said Adam Basque, 28, was arrested at about 2:30 a.m. in the area of 160 Avenue and 90 Street after officers responded to a report of a suspicious person.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found Basque and arrested him on outstanding warrants for sexual assault and unlawful confinement.

The charges stem from an alleged incident at a business near 50 Street and 101 Avenue Friday morning.

A 36-year-old woman told police she was working alone around 4:30 a.m. on Friday when a man walked in to the business.

The woman said he locked the door and sexually assaulted her after a struggle and trying to drag her to the back of the business.
