Michael J. Fox will no longer be attending the Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo, organizers said Monday.
Fox, who played Marty McFly in the Back to the Future film franchise, was announced as the first guest at the Calgary Expo on Nov. 6, 2017.
Organizers said in a tweet that Fox had cancelled his appearance due to “unforeseen circumstances in his schedule.”

The Calgary Expo said those who purchased a Michael J. Fox package, autograph, photo-op or a ticket to an Evening with the Cast of Back to the Future will be refunded.
The 2018 Calgary Expo runs from April 26 to 29.
