Two people were stabbed Tuesday night in southeast Edmonton. It happened just after 9 p.m. at an apartment complex near Lakewood Road and 28 Avenue.
Police and paramedics could be seen at a ground-floor suite at the Laurentian Estates complex.
A 51-year-old man was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. A woman — found at a Reddi Mart convenience store across the street — suffered a minor wound.
The attacks were not believed to be random. Police said there are no suspects at this time.
