According to Halifax Regional Police, a woman reported to them on Dec. 5 that she had been sexually assaulted on Sept. 3 at a residence in the Armdale area, by a man she knew.

Percy is already charged with sexual assault and voyeurism in relation to an incident that allegedly happened on Sept. 15.
In that case, he is accused of sexually assaulting a student at a campus dorm while he was employed by SMU. He appeared in court earlier this month and was released after two sureties agreed to offer $26,000 to secure his release.
