Before Allison Thurman walked down the aisle, like any bride, she was nervous.
But she wasn’t nervous about seeing her husband-to-be Jason, in fact, Thurman was trying to figure out where the microphone was.
In a surprise performance for the groom, Thurman walked down the aisle singing Elvis Presley’s, Can’t Help Falling in Love, leaving him in tears.
“It was amazing,” she tells Global News. “I really didn’t get to see his reaction until I watched the video … I’d say it’s the best part of the whole video.”
The video, which was posted on Facebook by Jason’s aunt on the day of their wedding, has more than six million views and counting.

The 18-year-old student from Kentucky says both she and her husband love the King of Rock and Roll. “The song seemed appropriate since we both love Elvis,” she continues. And although he had no idea she would sing the song herself, she adds she did tell him she would walk down the aisle to this particular song.
In the video posted Oct. 14, Thurman is seen walking with her grandfather — she has been living with her grandparents since she was seven months old — singing her own cover of the song.
Onstage, the groom was bent over in tears, completely shocked by the surprise.
