Ridge Meadows RCMP believes the latest crash on Lougheed Highway is likely not going to be the last.

Staff Sgt. Tony Farahbakhchian says some drivers are traveling way above the speed limit.

“It’s windy in certain spots. There is limited lighting and visibility, especially at night. If there is anything like heavy rain, or anything like that. Even at the best of times, it’s difficult to see. And people have a tendency to speed along this stretch.”
