Jeff Davison has been elected to represent Ward 6, according to unofficial results Monday night.
The ward had previously been held by Richard Pootmans, who left his post after seven years.

Jeff Brownridge
Jeff Brownridge has spent his career building businesses in Calgary as well as volunteering in his community. In his run to represent Ward 6, he is focusing on traffic and congestion, fiscal responsibility and economic development.
Alex Columbos
Alex Columbos works in many different areas of the energy industry, focusing on clean transportation and technology, as well as volunteering in the community. In his run to represent Ward 6, Columbos hopes to change tax spending and advocate for the business community.

Jeff Davison is a business strategist who runs his own business and has volunteered with the Calgary Stampede for more than 10 years. If elected, Davison’s focus would be on cost control, prioritized spending and community safety.
Sanjeev Kad
Sanjeev Kad is a entrepreneur and volunteer living in Aspen Woods with his family. As a city councillor, Kad would focus on transparency and accountability when it comes to taxpayer dollars and public spending records.
Grace Nelson
Grace Nelson has been involved in all levels of government and was a school teacher for more than 35 years. Nelson promises to focus on keeping employment in the city, preserving institutions and improving communication between businesses, the city and neighbourhoods.
Esmahan Razavi
Esmahan Razavi is an entrepreneur that works as a mediator and started an organization dedicated to helping Syrian refugees start new lives in Canada. In her campaign for a council seat, Razavi is focusing her attention on strengthening the economy, improving community safety and infrastructure.
Steve Turner
Steve Turner is a Ward 6 candidate who’s centering his priorities around tax-dollar spending, public safety and developing well-planned communities.
Sean Yost
Sean Yost is a volunteer who also works with people with disabilities after leaving behind his career in marketing and management.
