Winnipeg police arrest man wanted for connection to ‘serious and violent’ crimes

WINNIPEG — Police arrested a man Tuesday for his alleged connection to a series of serious and violent crimes.

Dave Athoney Avis, 41, was wanted for his alleged connection to multiple cases between Oct. 28, 2016 and Dec. 24, 2016.
