Hillary Clinton channels ‘Love Actually’ while trying to nix Donald Trump win in SNL parody

In an ode to a holiday classic, Love Actually, Hillary Clinton made an attempt to ask an elector to vote for anyone but Donald Trump on this week’s Saturday Night Live.

In the movie, Andrew Lincoln sets up on his best friend’s doorstop in an attempt to woo his best friend’s wife, Keira Knightley, on Christmas Eve. Lincoln uses a boombox in place of carol singers as he attempts to quietly declare his love using a series of cue cards.

In the SNL sketch, Clinton, portrayed by Kate McKinnon, shows up on Cecily Strong’s doorstop with a boombox and a series of cue cards.

Clinton’s cue cards make the case for her as she then silently declares, “I know you’re an elector.”

She then says, “You’re supposed to vote for Donald Trump … but bish… he cray.”

She then goes on to list his supposed “faults” before attempting to pin her election loss on “Russia.”

Clinton then asks the elector to vote for “literally” anyone but Trump, suggesting John Kasich…  Tom Hanks… Zendaya… The Rock… or even a Rock.

On Monday, the Electoral College will officially meet to determine who will become the next president of the United States.

While it is a formality for the most part, at least one elector, Christopher Suprin, said in a New York Times editorial piece that he will not support Trump.
