Inside they found two men in their 60s with serious injuries.
“The injuries appear to have been caused by an edge weapon,” said police spokesperson Jean-Pierre Voutsinos.
The pair was rushed to hospital, where one of the men later died.
The surviving man is in stable condition and police do not fear for his life.
He will be met by investigators as soon as his condition permits.
According to Voutsinos, a quarrel between the two men is at the origin of the conflict.
The investigation continues.
