Generations Foundation 2016 Holiday Toy Drive

The Generations Foundation 2016 Holiday Food and Toy Drive campaign kicks off this November and continues throughout the holiday season.

The Toy Drive’s goal is to supply a new toy to thousands of Montreal-area children who may not otherwise receive a gift.

For over ten years now, Mattel and MEGA Brands have partnered up with the Generations Foundation to turn that goal into a reality.

“What better way to give back to kids, who are why we exist a as company,” said Justin Robinson,VP of  human resources for Mattel and Mega Brands.

As part of its commitment, the company also hosts a local school at it’s Mega Bloks brick manufacturing plant in Montreal. “Every year, we see the joy and wonder on their faces coming out of there that day,”Robinson said.

In addition to toys, the campaign is also accepting donations of non perishable foods.
