Thank you: annual Generations Foundation 2015 toy drive a success

MONTREAL – We made no list, nor checked it, not even once – but we called and you responded massively.

As Global News wrap up the annual food and toy drive with the Generations Foundation, Shaw Media and Mega Blocks, we’d like to thank all of you who donated generously.

From gifts to all sorts of canned goods, your generosity will serve thousands of children in need across our city.

It’s hard to believe, but according to the Generations Foundation, Montreal families have one of the lowest incomes per capita in Canada.

As a result, many households struggle to make ends meet, which translates into less food on their table and many children waking up to no gifts on Christmas morning.

Thanks to you, many kids will be able to have a much merrier Christmas.
