The 2016 Snow Ball is set to entertain a crowd at the Penticton Lakeside Resort Nov. 19 to raise money for local charities.

Five teams with little to no dance experience will be raising funds for the charity of their choice.

Global Okanagan reporter Neetu Garcha will be dancing with Ashley Aoki, instructed by Celine Blais from Gent Bent Yoga & Dance.

The duo are raising money for the Tanzania Humanitarian Project, a charitable group that helps orphanages in the African nation.

Tickets for the Snow Ball can be purchased at the Penticton Lakeside Resort or at Gent Bent 250-462-1025.
