Halloween a washout in most of southern Manitoba

A wet Halloween on tap in Winnipeg . Global News file

WINNIPEG — It may be a wet Halloween, but at least it’s not snow.

Drizzle turned to light rain early Monday morning, and it will continue to fall well into the evening.

Environment Canada is calling for upwards of 20 millimetres in Winnipeg.
