Comedienne Chelsea Handler weighed in on the Brangelina breakup Wednesday night on her Netflix talk show, Chelsea.

Handler is a longtime friend of Jennifer Aniston, and has not been shy about bashing Angelina Jolie in the past, but she takes things to a whole new level when she mentions “rumours that Brad [Pitt] was allegedly drinking and smoking too much weed.”

“I wonder why he needed to self-medicate?” Handler says in the clip. “Maybe because he could have been spending the last 12 years at Lake Como hanging out with George Clooney and Matt Damon instead of being stuck inside a house with 85 kids speaking 15 different languages. Oh yea, because he married a f***ing lunatic, that’s why!”

Handler didn’t elaborate further on her strong stance about the Jolie-Pitt family, but she did say that while she’s done discussing the divorce on-air, she may still jump into some Twitter conversations.

“She seems like a demon,” Handler said of Jolie in 2013. “It has nothing to do with Jennifer [Aniston]. As a woman, I know when you see somebody walking across the room that’s a bad girl. I just don’t like Angelina Jolie.”

During a Glamour interview with Katie Couric in 2010, Handler was asked to explain why she “went off on” Jolie.

“Yeah, I’m not a fan of hers,” Handler replied. “She just doesn’t come off to me as a sincere woman. She seems like a woman that you’d really want to avoid.”

Handler first gained attention for mocking Jolie and her eldest son, Maddox Jolie-Pitt, during a 2007 Comedy Central special.

“He’s so pissed off because he probably thought he was, like, scoring the biggest deal of his lifetime, getting adopted by this famous movie star, who was gonna rescue him from his third world Cambodia, only to find out she’s gonna take him to every other f***ing third world country in the world,” she joked in her act. “He’s probably like, ‘When the f**k are we getting to Malibu like you promised?'”
