Weather forecast update at 4pm:
Sunshine and warmth will continue until the end of the work week as the Pacific Northwest stays under an upper ridge.
However, in a non-typical fashion, the upper ridge gradually shifts westward this weekend, allowing cooler air to move in from the north.

This will bring increasing cloud late Friday and the possibility of showers this weekend.
