Toronto police say a woman in her 70s has died after being struck by a car in the city’s north end.
Police said the female pedestrian was struck at around 12:30 p.m. Friday at Finch Avenue West and Talbot Road.

Police said the vehicle remained at the scene.
The area was closed to traffic as police investigated.
