PDAP centre opening in Watrous, Sask. following flooding

A temporary provincial disaster assistance program (PDAP) centre is opening in Watrous, Sask., following severe weather and flooding in the region.

Officials staffing the centre will provide support and advice to residents of the community and from the rural municipality of Morris who have been affected.

They will also assist in starting the claims process and answering questions about PDAP.

The centre will be located in the Heritage Room at 404 Main St. on the following dates and times:

July 25: 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
July 26: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

PDAP is designed to help in the recovery from the effects of natural disasters including flooding, tornadoes and other severe weather.
