A registered sex offender was arrested after a probation officer saw him playing Pokemon Go with a minor on an Indiana courthouse lawn.

Randy Zuick was arrested Wednesday in Greenfield, Ind. for a probation violation, local NBC affiliate WTHR.com reports.

Zuick pleaded guilty in April to four counts of child molesting and was sentenced to four years in prison, but due to jail credit he held, his sentence was suspended.

The 42-year-old was playing the mobile app game Pokemon Go on the Hancock County Courthouse lawn with a 16-year-old when he was arrested, Fox 59 reports.

He is prohibited from interacting with minors. FOX 59 says Zuick will likely face a judge Thursday.
