Two people were injured following a shooting in the Pelham Park neighbourhood of Toronto overnight.
Police responded to the area of Dundas Street and Dupont Street area just before midnight and located a male and female with gunshot wounds.

Police say the female victim, believed to be in her late teens or early 20s, was shot in the back while the male was shot in the arm.
Both were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
There’s no word yet on any suspects and the investigation is ongoing.
