The lawyer for Mark Smich, one of the men accused of killing a Hamilton father, is expected to present his closing arguments in court on Wednesday.
Dellen Millard’s lawyer said in closing arguments on Tuesday that Millard’s actions make no sense for someone prosecutors allege spent 15 months planning to kill and incinerate a human being.

The lawyer says it Millard’s co-accused, Mark Smich, who pulled the trigger and killed Tim Bosma while the three of them were in Bosma’s truck three years ago.
Millard and Smich have both pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder in Bosma’s death.
