The school district received the report about the elementary schools Monday night.

The Board of Education will now direct staff to set up consultation committees with each of the schools listed and stress just because a school is on the list does not mean it will definitely close.

There will be consultation with the school community at each of the schools listed above. Public input meetings have been scheduled for May 17, 18 and 19.

For more information, consult the school district’s website.
