KELOWNA — Police have two men in custody following a robbery at a Kelowna liquor store.
The two suspects entered Jammer’s Liquor Store at around 9 p.m. Sunday armed with a gun.
They told the lone female clerk to keep her head down.
One of the suspects grabbed the money from the till while the other grabbed five bottles of vodka.
The clerk was not harmed.
The incident was caught on video.
Owner, Jason Sekhon, says he never thought his store would be robbed because it’s along a busy stretch of Highway 97 and there are several video surveillance cameras in the store.
He was informed by police early Monday morning that the suspects had been apprehended but doesn’t have any details.
