It’s been over 10 years since we last saw The Bride (Uma Thurman) kicking butt and taking names in the martial-arts movie Kill Bill: Vol. 2. Now, the film’s director, Quentin Tarantino, is dropping hints that a third segment in the movie franchise isn’t out of the question.
The controversial director broke his silence on the sequel, saying to Variety, “I’m not committing to it, but I wouldn’t be surprised if The Bride made one more appearance before the whole thing is said and done.”
Thurman might be on board for revisiting the popular franchise, too. “I am talking to Uma about it just a little bit,” said Tarantino. “Some of the stuff that I’d written that never made it into the movie that maybe I could use.”
The original film, Kill Bill: Vol 1, brought in $US 180.9 million at the worldwide box office, while Vol. 2 grossed $152.2 million.
His latest movie, The Hateful Eight, is currently playing in theatres.
