Two men have been found dead outside a residence in Meadow Lake, Sask. Mounties say they received a call Thursday around 10 a.m. CT that a firearm had been fired at a residence in the community.
Officers arrived to find the two bodies. Their names have not been released.
Police say there is no risk to the public.
According to the Northwest School Division, all Meadow Lake schools were placed in a hold and secure mode at the request of the RCMP but that has since been lifted.

The major crimes north unit has been called in to assist Meadow Lake RCMP with the ongoing investigation.
