Frost was reported missing to police on Tuesday.

The Mounties say their investigation has determined Frost may be travelling to Nova Scotia or New Brunswick and that she does not have a vehicle.

Police say it’s out of character for her to be out of contact with her family for so long.

Frost is described as five feet eight inches tall with brown hair and a slender build and she also has a large tattoo on her back of angel wings and two large tattoos on her upper thighs.
