MONTREAL – A 26-year-old man is in stable condition after being assaulted on Gold Street in Ville Saint-Laurent Tuesday night.
It happened at 9:35 p.m.
The man was reportedly stabbed in the upper body after an argument escalated into a brawl.
His injuries are serious, but not life-threatening.
Police are also investigating after a 38-year-old man was stabbed in the leg during a fight with a friend in NDG.
The incident happened around 6:45 p.m. on the corner of de Maisonneuve Boulevard and Mariette Avenue.
No arrests have been made in either case.
