TORONTO – The Raptors are heading into the post-season with a franchise-best 49 victories and will play the Washington Wizards in the first round of the playoffs.
Toronto finished the season on a high note as Kyle Lowry scored 26 points and Jonas Valanciunas added 18 to lift the Raptors to a 92-87 win over Charlotte on the final night of the NBA regular-season Wednesday.
