Bethlehem Stars Saskatoon high school boys basketball champions

SASKATOON – On Wednesday night, the Saskatoon Secondary Schools Athletic Directorate (SSSAD) high school boys championship division title was decided. The top seeded Bethlehem Stars played host to the second seeded Mount Royal Mustangs.

It was a back and forth contest that saw Mount Royal get out to an early lead, only to have Bethlehem come back and take a 17 point lead into the third quarter.

The Royals fought back to go in front heading to the fourth, only to have the Stars ultimately take the lead and hold on, winning 92-86 and capturing the Saskatoon high school boys ‘Championship Division’ title.
