TORONTO — It’s time to get back to the grind.
That’s the message in the newly-released trailer for Magic Mike XXL, the sequel to the 2012 stripper drama starring Channing Tatum, Matt Bomer and Joe Manganiello.
All three stars are back for the new movie, which was directed by Gregory Jacobs and is set to open in theatres on July 1.

Also reprising their roles are Kevin Nash, Adam Rodriguez and Gabriel Iglesias — but Matthew McConaughey is out.
New cast members include Michael Strahan, Elizabeth Banks, Donald Glover, Amber Heard, Andie Macdowell and Jada Pinkett Smith.
The trailer starts with a solid 42 seconds of a solid Tatum flexing, sweating and dancing.
In Magic Mike XXL, Tatum’s Michael Lane comes out of retirement for one final performance with the Kings of Tampa in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
The original Magic Mike, directed by Steven Soderbergh, opened in second place at the box office and went on to earn a decent $167 million worldwide.
