PICKERING, Ont. – A 19-year-old Pickering man has been charged after police say a motorist used flashing dashboard lights and a siren on his car to pull over and confront another driver.
The charges stem from an incident Thursday when police say a 40-year-old man driving his truck in the city east of Toronto saw flashing blue and red lights and heard a siren from the vehicle behind him.
