EDMONTON — A Fort McMurray man is recovering in hospital in Edmonton after a shooting early Sunday morning.
RCMP were called to a shooting at the Wood Buffalo Brewing Company in Fort McMurray around 2 a.m. Sunday.
Officers say a man was injured in the shooting. He was taken to the Northern Lights Regional Health Centre, then transported to an Edmonton hospital. RCMP say he is in stable condition.
His identity has not been released.
Police believe the shooting was targeted and there is no risk to the general public at this time.
