One of the horses was killed in the collision and the other two had to be euthanized.

The five people in the truck, a man, woman and three children were not injured but the Chevy Silverado was damaged beyond repair.

Police say alcohol was not a factor and no charges will be laid.

Beardy’s First Nation is approximately 80 kilometres north of Saskatoon.
