Halifax police Chief Jean-Michel Blais says officers believe there are people who have information about the man’s death that would help their investigation.

Anyone who shares information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for Sudds’s death can receive up to $150,000.

Those who come forward with information must provide their name and contact information and they may be summoned to testify in court.
