Alex Fuster

Alex Fuster is a multi-media journalist with Global News.
She splits her time as a reporter and anchor at 980 CKNW and as a writer for Global BC. Alex joined the Global newsroom in November 2022 while completing her Master of Journalism at the University of British Columbia. She completed her studies in May 2023 and is now a full- time member of the team.
In her first year, Alex has covered stories on BC wildfires, child-care affordability, housing, and local stories on the Israel-Hamas war.
Growing up in Brussels, Belgium, Alex speaks French and English fluently and has a keen interest in foreign affairs and politics.
When not working, you can find her practicing yoga, travelling and binging her guilty pleasure – reality TV.
