It’s jail time for a driver who caused a serious crash on Highway 97 in Lake Country.
Witnesses to the August 4, 2014 incident estimate the car being driven by Cody Wade Kenith Pipe was travelling close to 150 kilometres an hour just before Pipe lost control on a curve.
His vehicle slammed into an oncoming pickup truck.

Two people were taken to Kelowna hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
Pipe was convicted of dangerous driving causing bodily harm.
He was handed a four month jail term, banned from driving for 18 months and fined $200.
