EDMONTON – RCMP released a composite sketch Thursday night of a man suspected of committing an indecent act in Fort Saskatchewan last month.

Police said around 7 a.m. On Tuesday, March 29, a 23-year-old woman was walking down 99 Avenue near a Dairy Queen when she realized she was being followed by an an unknown man.

She told police he jogged up to her and asked her how she was doing. The woman told officers that at that point she realized he was masturbating.

The man then fled on foot in the direction of 101 Street.

The woman was not hurt but the man has not been located since.

He is described as 5’8″ to 5’9″ tall, about 23 to 25 years old, clean shaven and wearing a grey hoodie with the hood up along with a black hat.

Anyone who may have witnessed the event or has information as to the whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call Fort Saskatchewan RCMP at 780-997-7900 or, if they wish to remain anonymous, to contact Crime Stoppers either online or by calling 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
