CALGARY – Officers are searching for three young burglars who attacked a woman with bear spray and a knife during a residential break-and-enter.
Police were called to the 100 block of Chapala Landing S.E. just after 5 a.m. Monday.
They say three people entered a home through a garage and were surprised by one of the homeowners. The intruders used bear spray on the woman and slashed her on the arm, an injury that required five stitches.
Police are searching for three teenagers.
The first is described as a female in her mid-teens with dark hair, about 5’5” and weighting 130 lbs. She was wearing a black jean jacket and baseball cap.
The second suspect is described as a male about 5’10” tall with a medium build, wearing baggy jeans and a black jacket.
The third suspect was a teenage boy about 5’6” tall with dark clothing.
