CALGARY- Those who live in the southeast community of Ogden are feeling uneasy, after a series of small fires came dangerously close to their homes.
Fire investigators believe all four fires were deliberately set within just minutes of each other early Wednesday morning. One broke out in a baseball diamond, while another was sparked in a grassy area between two homes.
“My grass is crunchy, it doesn’t take much to get a fire going,” says Sage Henderson, who lives nearby. “It doesn’t take much to get a fire going.”
Fire crews managed to knock down all the fires quickly, without major property damage. Police are now trying to track down whoever is responsible.
