MONTREAL – Police have confirmed that suspected child predator Howard Krupp was re-arrested on Tuesday.
Krupp already faced two counts of criminal harassment against two schoolchildren. The 68-year-old was arrested in November, after waiting for students at bus stops and then following them home.
In addition to the stalking-related charges, Krupp also violated the conditions of his release in late November, when he tried to pick up his wife after school. She was a grade three teacher at Hillcrest Academy in Laval.
Police arrested Krupp outside the school and he was charged with breach of conditions.

Krupp is now facing two charges of indecent assault that relate to incidents in place between 1970 and 1976.
In both cases, the victims were minors.
“He was arrested and then released on a promise to appear at a later date,” Montreal police spokesperson François Collard told Global News.

Krupp is expected to make a court appearance on Wednesday, relating to his previous charges.

This was not the first run-in with the law for Howard Krupp. About 13 years ago, he was arrested in a massive child pornography case.
Inside his then Dollard-des-Ormeaux home, police discovered 12,000 photos of children.
Police said that they have reason to believe that Krupp may have committed other crimes of a “sexual nature” and there may be other victims who were minors at the time.
